CST500 Cost Set Rollup (doesn't)

We are implementing BPCS V6.0.02 plf 3/98 cum.  For multi-level bills,
CST500 is not rolling up costs for the children to the parent correctly.
The cost being rolled up does not equal the sum of the children.  This does
not happen for all items, but we have not found any consistency.  Has anyone
gotten CST500 to work properly, or seen any problems with CST500?
