If you would like to archive the PZ records instead of just deleting them
(in case you need them back) you could use ARCTOOLS to archive them as
easily as the SQL approach to deleting them. Check out
http://www.arctools.com for more information. There are several BPCS shops
using this software, but I don't know if they are using it for this
particular purpose.

You should not delete records from this file based only upon PZ status
unless
you never reprint anything. - For example - how long do you want to retain
the ability to reprint particular kinds of documents? When you delete the PZ
records - you can't reprint them anymore. The PZ documents are what you can
see from the document reprint program. The other records have not been
printed at all yet. You should decide upon a number of days to keep this
history and delete by PZ and some date qualification, I would instead
recommend.
