• Subject: BOM900 - Impact of NOT Running?

We have incorrect low-level codes in our bills of material and an
enormous bill of material file. BOM900 takes very long in test.

We have been told that BOM900 corrects low-level codes and that
those codes affect MRP and cost roll-up. We do NOT run MRP, and our cost
roll-ups seem to be working correctly.

Are there any risks in NOT running BOM900?

        Dick Bailey, MCFA, Inc.
