This is exactly what BPCS is all about and a lot more if installed properly.
The whole issue is to get someone who knows the product in depth in the
installation process otherwise you are in for very long nights and week
ends.
The "thinking" process beforehand may seem laborious but it will save your
organization tons of dollars and headaches once installed and running.
The setting of the business processes, thus file structures, is the KEY to
your success.
Advice?  DO NOT try to save in that forefront process:  you will regret it
for ever as you can read from many existing users unfortunatly. This message
should be very clear to your management... unless you have another carreer
plan.
