We're on 6.0.02 3/98 cume C/S

Does anybody out there know what it means when the value of RREF on the RAR
is 'Unissued'?  It seems to be that it's things that come through Cash and
Memo Posting that don't get completed... I think.  But I'm not very clear on
when, why, or how.  It also looks like BPCS excludes these items from
reports and that I must also if I want to reconcile A/R.  These items do
show up on the Purged/History Transactions Report generated by A/R Month-End
Close ACR900.  I would really appreciate a two minute education.
