Before disabling the The Windows Scripting Host, be aware that it might be needed if:
 
    -     you are running an NT networking environment and you're using Visual Basic scripts to control your logon process
    -     you have other applications that require visual basic scripting
 
If you can get away with turning it off, I'd go ahead and do so (I already have for a network of about 50 people).  You can always turn it back on when you find out you need it.
