                  Nexgen and AGI extend BPCS® Financials
                        with Automated 3-Way Match

Leading European Beer mfg. and distributor to cut month-end close by a day


Naperville, IL ? May 1, 2000?Nexgen, the premier BPCS solutions provider,

has been selected by AGI, part of Groupe IBS (Paris, France), to distribute

and support AGI's  Reconciliation and Control Features (RCF) product to

BPCS customers in North America. RCF was designed to optimize purchasing

and receiving within BPCS and to automate 3-way match.
