Yes, SSA owed $180m and they've managed to find a way to write it all off through some bankruptcy filling.  All BONDS OWNERS will own 25% of the New SSA and Gore will own 75% if everything goes as planned in the next 10-15 days according to Richard Gonzales, SSA N. America President.

From my discussion with BPCS 6.1 users the application is at its best. Richard claims 10-1 performance from 6.0 and most users claims about 7-1 but no one, of the users I spoke with, on 6.1 FULL GUI is happy.  They complained about NAVIGATION, NEED for USER TRAINING, & some PERFORMANCE issue.  In my opinion, I think BPCS IS HERE TO STAY though they have lost about 4000 customers.

Hello

I am new to this list so please don't mind if this question is a repitition.

I had heard that SSA was bankrupt - what's the status now?
My current workplace is at BPCS 2.1 and its so heavily modified that we don't bad mouth BPCS anymore just our own local systems. Is BPCS 6 working ? Is BPCS experience still marketable ?

My previous experience was on 4.0.4.

Thanks.
