Dick,

You don't say what release or platform you are on.  I can only tell you
about what we have found.  There is some very questionable logic in many
BPCS programs that state that if a transaction causes the onhand balance of
an ILI record to go negative, it WILL NOT, it will only go to zero.  They
didn't seem to take into account that sometimes transactions are committed
out of order (especially in a Cimpath environment) and a receipt may come in
after an issue.   I bet the same thing is happening to you.
