SYS011C (v4.0.03) source

We are trying some new ideas using the workstation data area and would like to 
change it to use something other than job name.  Our problem is that SSA does 
not provide the source for this pgm.  Has anyone created a version of SYS011C 
that works and does not violate any licensing terms?
