can try using wrksplf and prompting on it.  It gives you the option to type 
in a user name.  This at least limits it to just one user.  
Unfortunately, you still have to put a 4 in front of each spool 
file. If you 
have a RPG'er in house they can write a little program for you that will blow 
out all spool files for a specific user.  I know of a few people that have
