        There is an e-mail from the new CEO to SSA employees saying that the
Bankruptcy Court approved the sale of SSA to Gores yesterday evening (7/10),
and that the final signing remains on target for July 21.

                ticker symbol, was the latest bankruptcy hearing was delayed
until 7/10,
                yesterday.  It also stated Robert Carpenter was replaced
Victor Shepherd as
                the CEO of SSA.  Victor Shepherd is a consultant to Gores.

                All I hear are good things about BPCS 6.1 - its the best
release in a
                long time.  Its more stable and faster than 6.0.4
