Mike,

Really a business process decision, if the nature of items entering such a 
WH/LOC combination is that attrition is highly probable AND/OR if the 
dispositioning process is of significant duration, non-nettable is likely 
prudent.  Conversely, in the absence of such condition nettable would seem 
appropriate.

I need the nickel tour on receiving items into quarantine.
While in quarantine being non netable or not available for
production use/planning. 

What is the best source for info on this topic.
