I can only speak for Nexgen in answering your question.  We have been
supporting BPCS since 1990 and have no intention of leaving this business.
There are still thousands of companies running BPCS that require support.
Nexgen has been providing quality Help Desk support since 1994 and will
continue to do so.

There are alternatives.
