I have run the conversion successfully a couple of times. The installation
and implementation instructions that come with 6.1.01 are pretty
comprehensive and if you follow them carefully you should have no problem.
The only 'glitch' I had was files with more than 1,000,000 records and SSA
has a 'fix' for this.
The help desk was able to answer any questions and resolve any problems.

Sorry I left out some info.

I'm currently on MM and I will determine between MM and CS during my
TESTING of both modes. I prefer to go MM.

 Subject: BPCS 6002===>>6101 UPGRADE

 Guys,

 I'm on BPCS V6.0.02 Jan 98 cum, AS/SET ADK V6.0.04 and OS400 V4R3.

I'm planning on upgrading to BPCS 6.1.01. I have downloaded
configuration, installation and release notes for V6.1.01. I need some
advice from anyone on the list with similar upgrade. What are the steps
involved and what key components must I have to make this a successful
upgrade. I will like to setup a TEST environment which resides on the
same AS/400 box, install my current version and upgrade the test
environment with the new release, perform user testing and release to
 PRODUCTION.

 Thanks,

 Oludare
