there are several programs within the bpcs SYS menu that do this function. they 
look for things like order line without order headers, etc. other than that we 
have written some query programs that look for specific errors within our data 
base. we run these periodically. other than that i am not aware of any 'data 
base' wide utility program. such a program could take a while to run!
