Re: RAR "Z" 405 CD Receivables

To add to Rogers comment:

The "Z" (as in "ZI", "ZP",  "ZC" or "ZD") is applied at Month-End (ACR900)
for all invoices (along with the associated payments, debits and credits)
that have been fully paid (i.e. remaining amount (RREM) on the '000'
sequence record (RSEQ) is equal to zero).

These records will be purged by the same program once the number of days to
retain A/R History has been reached.

Do you run ACR900 at month End?      Check system on number of days to
retain items.
