Lean Manufacturing is being introduced as core product in V8, that is correct.
And, it will be a new BPCS product. However, it is currently available for
version 6.1.01 as a GDC (Global Development Center) offering. The 6.1.01 GDC
Lean product is offered through the UK.

That being said, you also need to know that additional functionality is being
added to the Lean Product in V8 and that all future enhancements to Lean will be
to the core product in V8.

If you would like further information on this, contact me directly be e-mailing
me, Kmiller@SSAX.com. I will get you the information you need, or if I am
unable to answer the questions directly, I will direct you to the person that
can get you the information you need

I was told by the Helpdesk that it would not be available until version 8.
Will it be part of the core BPCS product or an add-on like SPM - does
anyone know ?
