Hi Ho I have noticed that the MTD and YTD figures are incorrect. The on hand calculates correctly but if you where to add up individually your Issues, then your Receipts, then your Adjustments they are not the same as with is displayed in INV300. I have logged this with SSA many times. Unfortunately they always reply that they cannot reproduce the problem or they have not received other complaints on this matter. I thought that it was our moded 6.02 version causing the problem. We have since gone full ERP V61.01 as of Jan 01 of this year with no mods what so ever. The YTD and MTD still do not add up correctly. The problem is with MTD not YTD. The YTD is updated during month end close. (Previous YTD + Current MTD = Current YTD). So if your MTD numbers are incorrect they get moved into your YTD. I have written a program that recalcs everything and updates the YTD. I run the program once a month at month end. (I don't need to worry about MTD since they are brought to zero after month end). > ---------- > From: Bailey, Dick[SMTP:Dick_Bailey@MCFA.COM] > Reply To: BPCS-L@midrange.com > Sent: Sunday, April 15, 2001 11:34 AM > To: BPCS-L@midrange.com > Subject: Inventory Transactions - Correct On Hand Balances > > > > BPCS 6.1.01 - Has anyone noticed that some Inventory transfer > transactions post to the receipts total in ILI and IWI and others post to > adjustments?
