R: Need program id or location

The program that send message UMI0041 is ORD710B.
The control is : If quantity is negative and CHBOCL (clas of order is <> 003
and <> 007 and <> 008) like is for design.
I'm not sure you can remove only this control, because you will have problem
also in picking....
