How to run SMG CHECKEMI from CLP

I tried to run CHECKEMI from within a CL program and it is failing with the 
following messages:

   8400 - CALL PGM(CHECKEMI)          /* The CALL command contains
   parameters */
 Object EMI2ADAPTR in library QTEMP not found.
 Object EMI2WORLDN in library QTEMP not found.
