It only means OK to purge when they are =Z for longer than the number of
days set up in SYS800. ACR900 will do this purge for you. See the ACR900
help screen for a full explanation. However ACR900 does not appear to purge
RARs relating to deleted RCMs

Does RAR.RRID = 'ZI' mean "Ok to Purge?"
