One possibility might be to use Query/400 to create a work file that has a
copy of all accounts as of a particular date & time, such as around end of
month.
Then periodically use Query/400 to create another work file using a different
name, then run a Query match to list all the accounts that are in one work
file but not in the other work file.
You can use that technique for any BPCS master file.
