The made-in/bought-out change is a known problem - the SSA helpdesk's solution was to use DFU, & delete 'bucket 0' then run 'Cost Rollup' again (the AS400 Data File Utility - command UPDDTA - CAUTION this is a powerful utility, so make sure you note what has been changed). In my case the change (BO/MI) was opposite to yours & did not involve 'Outside Operations' - so the solution may be different for you. I'd check with the 'SSA helpdesk' first.....
