use a DSPUSRPRF command with output to a file. then use query to generate any 
such report that you want. note that this is AS/400 id's and is not specific 
just to bpcs. you could then compare the bpcs security file (ZSC i think) to 
the output file from the DSPUSRPRF to limit it just to BPCS ID's.
