Thanks for the tips on this subject.  They confirmed what was being
done.  The missing link to this particular problem was in Routing
Maintenance.  No. operators for Run and Setup which is after Std Days
Move Queue in Routing Maintenance.  The quantity defaults to one and
upon changing this to a larger number the problem was eliminated.
