Following steps are involved is using UR1 Application prefix. 1) All the programs' name relating to this application would start using UR1 prefix. e.g UR1500, UR1800.... 2) The users would be given access to UR1 application using same concept as any other BPCS application. In SYS600 security program, a 'Y' against UR1 would mean user has access to all the programs starting from UR1 or access to individual programs would be given by listing the program in Program Names part of the SYS600-02 screen.
