Also use Google to search the Archives
www.midrange.com search engine is decent but not as good as the 
professional Search Engine outfits

Getting file list is EASY with 400 dump to *OUTFILE which you then view 
with Query/400
the challenge is field by field function what they all FOR
for which it is well worth buying 3rd party manuals (links on my url below)
that do in fact spell out functionality with lovely pictorial representation
