Melvin, The general rule is to reject everything and then allow certain items back as allowed. You may want to group the allow / reject rules by the segment value that you are trying to control. For example reject all companies and then add back values for the company combinations you want to allow posting. Next the profit centers and so on. This is something that you need to think through in advance as you are finding out. The combinations of segments are what can be a little tricky.
