I could not agree with Sally more. I have worked about have my life as an internal employee and half as a consultant. I have learned and shared many ideas with/from people on both sides of the fence. I don't agree with the comments by RKHBIT at all. I have always felt that the best "CONSULTANTs" or internal employees are the ones who can get the job accomplished. If that means that they have to ask someone a question I certainly would rather have them do that then to try and solve the issue and do it incorrectly? KW
