Version 4.05CD

When running Reload Bill of Resources (CAP160), where is days offset being 
pulled from?  Is it a system parameter?

 I know Hours/Unit is coming from the route.  I also do not plan on changing 
Manually Entered Flag to Y.  Setup hours, Material Method and Routing Method 
are not used.  Any help would be appreciated
