Hi,
I changed how I was displaying the error. Originally, I validated
fields, set a switch,, then at the end of the SR, displayed the appropriate
error. I am now displaying the error during the validation and the errors
are working correctly.

Terri,
Can you look in the generated source code and find where this message is
generated?
I would be interested in seeing the code that produces your extra message.
Are you sure the program was generated with the 'Display AS/SET file
processing messages = N' set correctly?
Regards,
Bob Kohlndorfer

Subject: Asset Message Problem
Hi,
I have an AsSet display program that is displaying the message 'Do
change to subfile by GET for file JBT100FM in library V64BPCSPGM.' when I
hit enter. The problem is, there is an error on the screen that is not
displayed. If I hit enter again, then the error message will appear. In
AsSet, I have 'Display AS/SET file processing messages = N'. How do I
get rid of this message. It's not something I would want the user to see
anyway.
