[BPCS-L] Accrual balance on receipts without an invoice

Hi,

In BPCS, we use PUR210 to record accrued charges based on uncosted receipts
i.e Goods received not invoiced.

However for service commodities, they do not generate any PO receipt journal
entries since they are automatically received and do not require an
inventory transaction. 

Is there any way we can obtain report of goods received but not invoiced and
determine if accrual has been made.
