You can create your own version of the "M" transaction by copying it and 
renaming it to something like "M2" and just turn off the allocation 
requirement. I have done this in the past for companies that are using 
Kanban manufacturing and it worked fine for them. TEST, TEST, TEST.

When using a "M" Transaction to report the Shop Receipt the backflush of 
materials is controlled by allocations.

I was wondering, if the material had a WH default Location, is there a 
transaction which could backflush based on available inventory in the 
default location and not require allocations?
