In earlier versions of BPCS there is an ITH sequence # tied to IIM item 
master that shows consecutive issuing of inventory transactions on an item, 
which controls sequence on INV300 F2..  IIM has the highest # issued so 
far, ITH has actual sequence #.  This is recalculated in end of month when 
INV900 gets rid of the oldest transactions.
