I agree the most important factor in implementing a lot control system
is the accuracy and timeliness of the reporting.

This is true at all releases and version of BPCS, ERPlx.

Kathy, BPCS is quite popular in pharmaceutical business because of the
powerful traceability with Lot Control. I have been involved in several
implementations with Lot Control in V6.1 and I found out that
implementing working procedures that are required to perform inventory
transactions on lot level is the most critical part in this. I would
recommend to make your client aware of the accuracy that is needed in
