facility code in purchase order

Hi,

we have a special case, exist two facility but only run mrp for one
faclity, the requirement is we need cover the inventory & open
purchase order for the second facility which not attend the
calculation of mrp.

if i just change the facililty code for the purchase order, suer, mrp
will handle these po, is there any impact for other moudle? Thanks
