According to the Work File Clean Up and File Re-Organization Tips to
Maintain BPCS Performance manual, you should use an SQL command and only
delete those that have 'BZ' in the record ID field.

Hi,
We have finished invoicing for the year. There is nothing to bill,
but there are quite a few (4000+) records in BBL. Most are special charge
lines and some regular lines that have 0 quantity. Can we clear this file,
and BBH safely?
