Automated Inter Company Transactions

Hello,

We are currently on BPCS 8.2.01.
We are implementing a new inter company setup. The current inter company 
setup, with 2 companies, is fully automated.
We are looking for an automated solution to handle inter company 
transactions between 3 companies.

Is there anyone in the field familiar with this new inter company setup?
How is this process automated?

Current Inter Company Setup (fully automated)

Company Structure:      Manufacturing Company   Comp-1
                        Sales Company           Comp-2

New Inter Company Setup 

Company Structure:      Manufacturing Company   Comp-1
                        Head Quarter Company    Comp-2
                        Sales Company           Comp-3

A customer sales order is placed on a Sales Comp-3 Customer number, with a 
shipping warehouse from manufacturing Company-1. (Direct shipment from 
Manufacturing Company to Customer). 
After invoicing this sales order in Sales Comp-3, an automated inter 
company process should be triggered, according to the next BPCS Flow

BPCS Flow:
1. Sales Comp-3 Sales order on Manufacturing Comp-1-Whs
2. Shipment and invoice directly from Manufacturing Comp-1 Whs to Customer
    --Automated steps needed
3. Purchase order from Sales Comp-3 to HeadQuarter Comp-2
4. Sales order from HeadQuarter Comp-2 to Sales Comp-3 
5. Generate Sales invoice from HeadQuarter Comp-2 to Sales Comp-3
6. Book Purchase invoice in Sales Comp-3 from HeadQuarter Comp-2 
    --
7 .Purchase order from HeadQuarter Comp-3 to Manufacturing Comp-2
8. Sales order from Manufacturing Comp-2 to HeadQuarter Comp-3 
9. Generate Sales invoice from Manufacturing Comp-2 to HeadQuarter Comp-3
10. Book Purchase invoice in HeadQuarter Comp-3 from Manufacturing Comp-2
