Roy,

The Freight Carrier Codes Master, LCM, is where Carrier Rate Maintenance
is created and maintained. The file is created by OLM100, Standard
Carrier Maintenance. A Carrier must first be set up as a Vendor. If your
version of BPCS has Vendor Classification functionality, a Carrier
should be set up as a Service Vendor.
