You should be able to go into the period master maintenance program and
identify the start and end dates for each period.
GLD105 in BPCS 405CD. Not sure what version you are working with.

Are you trying to get the inventory transactions that are processed on
those days to post to the ledger as October's business, then you'd have to
change the period beginning date for October to be 9/26 before you run
INV920. Then the transactions will post to the correct period in the
ledger.
