With some clients I have seen this where they have an offline engineering or configurator tool that uploads the BOM into BPCS and the interface doesnt get it exactly right. I noticed on your web site you have Pro/Engineer, Pro/Mechanica & AutoCad. Are you perhaps using an output from one of these or CoCreate to upload & maintain the BOM?

I dont recall if 405 maintains a create date and maint date on the MBM file but it may be worth a look. Might give you a clue as to when/how the dup was added.

Looks likes same facility and blank method codes. The Item master may
ave been restored months ago, and maybe this part number was just now
