Any why should Infor have to deal with ala carte with companies delaying
payments to the vendors 90 days and whatnot in today's economy?

You realized that if you cut maintenance you'd lose support so that reason
justifies cutting maintenance?
Gee if I cut my hand off my arm may bleed out - I guess that justifies
cutting off my hand? I suppose if the goal is to bleed out.
