ECM has 2 timers built into it. The first is for the collection control
manager (CCM). If you go to the adaptors and select the parameters for ECC
you will see loops/seconds/time. These parameters are also available for
the dispatch manager (EDM). You control how often and when you want ECM
to kick off. For example, you may run 920 loops every 60 seconds. Or you
may kick it off at a specific time of day. When it has completed the # of
runs specified in the parameters, then it will end normally.
Note: ECM is setup to allow the CCM and EDM to run simultaneously.
