It wouldn't be too difficult to query the following:
QSYS2/SYSTABLES
QSYS2/SYSVIEWS
QSYS2/SYSINDEXES
see also
QSYS2/SYSCOLUMNS
and more...

Or, if you're into the traditional and love to duplicate data already
available you could always do a DSPOBJD or DSPFD of all files in your BPCS
file library into an outfile and query that.

Any of the above can be downloaded into Excel.
