Not unheard of with Infor either.  There is a good chance they'll try to 
charge you a moving fee, you can probably fight it and win.

Don,

Why don't you just ask Infor?  Here's a question also to consider:  When 
we move our production box from Kendallville to Garrett will we have to 
pay a fee to Infor to register it's home location?  Not unheard of in the 
industry.
