We are on BPCS LX and have been for about 18 months . When a shop order is deleted (Action 4 on SFC500), all records for the shop order disappear.

I believe that in previous versions this was a soft-delete, but I can't verify that.

Regardless, we need to know who deleted it, so we can find out why. Can anyone suggest a good method?
