Look at 5770-TS1. It's a freebie with the latest OS but you have to load
it up. Transformation Services (TS1) is useful to transform spool reports
into PDF's. Then there's a bazillion ways to email from the i. SNDDST,
SNDEMAIL, JavaMail and a few other ways come to mind. Everything takes a
little setup. Then there's slicing the report for the individual
planners...

The extreme method is to duplicate the logic from MRP200B and write
directly to Excel format.
