There are actually a group of files that it tries to allocate before it will
run.
Having everyone out of BPCS is the easiest way to insure they are all
available.

I am doing Month end for 31 Aug, 2012. But failed. I found the log in
wrksplf INV901C ended code 20. The Job exceeded end severity.
