Rob - all of your points are 100% correct and I would also ask why would any users need to page through over 10,000 items - there are ME parameters that you can change to purge old activity and it's always recommended to purge old history - it also slows down performance and makes ME run longer.

I'm also not the "Infor Analyst" here. IDK if there's something during month end you can run to purge off old history. Then again, if your users are really looking that far all the time purging the data might not be the most popular idea.
